 It's where all the other remote publishing things are. Since Press This is
 a bookmarklet, not something with fill-in fields, it's not generally
 considered a setting, but the argument could be made that dragging it to
 your toolbar is the equivalent. This would group all the posting options
 in one place and make it easier for users to discover it.
