 @demetris - it was in IRC one day, nothing official. That being said, I
 misunderstood most of this slightly because of the language used... I
 thought that this was about page titles (as the original ticket would
 suggest) when it is in fact about page headings - which I agree merits
 much more thought/discussion, so my apologies here for lack of due
 dilligence.
