 For After I would prefer something very simple, like:

 All done!

 For Before I am not sure we need a message.

 Also, I am not sure about the spinner — sorry, ocean90! :-) — Personally,
 I find the spinning irritating and I would again prefer something very
 simple, like an ellipsis.
