Comment(by azaozz):

 Can also remove the concatenated uncompressed wp-tinymce.js (258KB) and
 fall back to separate loading if for some reason compression cannot be
 used. Running tests now will have a patch later. That would trim the zip
 by about 60KB (as much as one header image).
