Comment:

 To change a post from published back to a draft, you need to click the
 'Edit' link next to the post status. This will then show you a dropdown
 where you can change the psot back to a draft.

 Personally, I've never seen the need to unecessarily hide the post status
 dropdown behind this, but I digress.
