 Throughout the WordPress admin UI, custom post types are still called
 Pages or Posts in various places (eg. "Post updated" messages). Now that
 `register_post_type()` accepts the plural and singular form of the post
 type name, we can replace these with the correct noun.

 I'll probably go through this this weekend and get a patch together.
