 If by "default values" you mean the Wordpress block in the .htaccess,
 there is only that in it.

 One of my users reported it to me just now: it displayed some kind of feed
 directly in his browser (chrome). A hit on refresh and the post was
 looking OK.

 In my apache log, I have this:

 The fact that it didn't redirect it anywhere makes me believe it's not a
 redirection/.htaccess issue...

 Since it's happening randomly, it's difficult to reproduce and I just
 can't disable all plugins on my wordpress site for a long period of time.
