 Now that the Grand Unified Upgrader recommends using child themes for
 modifications,  I thought it was time we added a Child Themes article to
 the Codex.

 Here’s the first draft:

 http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

 The attached patch changes the link in upgrade-core.php to point the the
 above article.

 Feel free to edit and improve the article.  It needs some work for clarity
 and brevity (the draft turned out longer than I expected), but I believe
 it will be fine by the time WP 3.0 is out.
