 Also for the record - I've made the suggestion that the darker variation
 of the header could become the new alternate admin color scheme, replacing
 the classic blue which has a lot of inconsistencies and other issues.

 I think the white border at the top only looked good when in harmony with
 the white border at the bottom which was stripped out when it went into
 trunk, so agree that can be nixed if the one at the bottom is definitely
 going.
