#12652: Arranging subpages in wp_nav_menu UI

I've created a child theme for twenty ten and am currently developing a
site using the nightly builds. I think I've run into a bug in the
interface for the new menu controls. I deleted the existing menu, created
a new custom menu, selected check boxes to include all existing pages.
This created a flat menu. Saved. left. Went back in later to arrange and
on save it reverted back to previously saved version of menu. Tried moving
one menu item at a time, and was able to arrange and nest in this fashion,
but, buggy. However, in trying to nest two subpages under a parent page,
the second child page consistently moves itself below the already existing
child page and becomes a sub sub page. If I am able to get it to move to
the right place initially, it will still revert to sub sub position on
save every time. Child theme is bare, and checked issue with the few
plugins that are being used deactivated, and it still persisted. I have
subpages named ( workshops - lesson plans - howtos ) and I also have
custom post types called workshops - lessons and howtos. Just thought I
should mention that because I ran into a weird bug in 2.9.2 with
taxonomies that turned out to be triggering by duplicate naming. I've
included a shot of before and after save.
