 The sidebar is pretty long now that posts, pages, cats, tags, etc. are
 shown.  You have to scroll down and then end up with blank space on the
 left. You can't see the actual menu.  We might have to limit to Pages and
 Categories and make turning on the others require a plugin, at least until
 we devise a UI that can handle lots of post types and taxonomies.
