 In [13712] when selecting the "View All" no scroll bar appears for Add
 Existing Page widtget.  The scroll bar does appear for Existing Posts and
 Categories widgets.

 Also when adding pages as sub-menus, each page becomes a sub-menu of the
 one listed above rather than maintaining the level as defined by admin
 (shows as soon as you hit "save menu" button).
