 I'm finding the attached background image is -too- light, Ideally to me it
 should be a darker shade than the metabox handles for a start.

 The favourite actions dropdown will need a change of tone too i think with
 this.

 The only other "problem" i see with it, is that the Selected menu item
 also clashes a bit, I find the dark menu item against the rather light
 header just too much of a contrast change.

 As for the footer, Its virtually invisible with this at present..

 See attached screenshot. As for the colour choices of the text, I've
 chosen #464646 as thats the logo colour.
