 Someone brought up an interesting question in the Woothemes comment thread
 about the integration of their menu plugin: The conditional display of
 menu items. Currently, it seems to me, there doesn't seem to be a way to
 conditionally restrict the display of menu items - say only display the
 second level if the top level is active, or show certain menu items on one
 page, but not on another.
