 @JohnONolan The size is the same as current screens. For now there will
 not be additional tabs. When we get through the freeze tickets, I'll try
 to write up a post on the tabs and all the discussion that went into them
 in the UI group and the dev chat, but for now I am not going to change the
 design until we get to the user testing part of the cycle, which will be
 in a couple of weeks.
