 Since there is no "Trash" for Menus, it might be a good idea to prompt an
 approval dialog box when a user clicks on the Delete link.  It will help
 avoid accidental deletion, especially when a Menu structure could be
 complex and time consuming to put together.  Would be highly annoying to
 accidentally flush a lot of work down the toilet.
