 Is “Komentářů (2)” or “Komentářů: 2” a valid sentence in Czech? Perhaps it
 can be a workaround until 3.2-early. I had been using similar strings in
 Russian package for a long time when correct plural forms were not
 available (e.g. in importers and in this particular case).
