 When creating a post or page with the less than '<' character in the title
 (eg. 1 < 2), it appears as though this causes an issue with the RSS
 whereby anything after and including the < is not displayed.

 Here is an example:

 Blog Title: "WordPress <= 3.0.2 features"
 RSS Title: "WordPress "
