 They work for you, but there are larger implications. Are they consistent?
 Are the arguments passed to them in a good order, and are those
 consistent, and are there others that should be added, or ones in there
 now omitted? Would filtering another part of the function, instead of its
 raw output, be a better use of cpu cycles? Are there other functions that
 should get similar filters for consistency?

 We're also planning to rework media/upload significantly in 3.1. Don't
 think we should add a filter now when those functions may very well change
 significantly in a month. That all said, we're not going to add little
 enhancements at this stage, as we're not only far past feature freeze but
 we've now entered beta.
