 If notifying legit commenters is the intended result, then the message
 displayed should probably indicate that the comment has hit the spam
 filter.  Suggesting that it's awaiting moderation is too much false hope,
 given that I expect a lot of people who get a lot of spam just "delete
 all".   Probably something along the lines of "contact the webmaster if
 you believe this to be in error." or whatnot.
