 Some casual testing against a posts table with 26k rows doesn't show much
 difference between SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS and COUNT for me, even when paging
 way back into the archives.  SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS + FOUND ROWS is probably
 a little faster, on average.
