Comment:

 There's a setting in TinyMCE and a filter in WordPress
 `"mce_spellchecker_languages"` to set which languages are displayed in the
 spellchecker button. The line you see in the plugin is the default. Of
 course the selected languages would also have to be supported by the back-
 end (GoogleSpell, PSpell, Aspell etc.).
