 The QuickPress module on the Dashboard needs a tooltip balloon etc. that
 says it is
 "a fast way to create drafts or posts". Else one wonders or must dig
 through the docs to find out.

 P.S., I clicked "Quick 'Edit'" as this bug's Component. You might want to
 unify the names.
