 This patches will adds two new hooks (actions) one at the category
 overview and one at the category edit form, before the button. The hook
 names are different so you can choose where you add extra content. I think
 it is the best way to save compatibility and comfort (see
 http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2717).
