 I recently upgraded to 2.7. I discovered yesterday that I couldn't change
 the categories assigned to a link in the Edit Links admin page. Moreover,
 on closer investigation I found that several recent new links (added using
 the links bookmarklet) to my blogroll had been assigned a new category I
 hadn't created, called '11', overriding the category I'd attempted to
 assign when I added them.

 This appears to be because I'd selected 'Most Used' categories. (I then
 also found that I couldn't immediately switch back to 'All Categories' -
 in fact I was only able to do this in the bookmarklet screen.) After I
 switched back to All Categories, I've been able to edit existing
 categories and assign categories to new links.

 (As a sidenote, I'd like to add that the reason I switched to Most Used in
 the first place was because the order the links appear in All Categories
 seems random - it's not alphabetical, it doesn't seem to have anything to
 do with the id numbers)
