 I have been using wordpress with no problems. About 1 month ago I tried to
 make a post and it works fine until I try to upload a photo. When I try to
 upload it I get this message:
 Unable to create directory /home/twop/public_html/blog/wp-
 content/uploads/2009/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

 I have searched all over the forums and online and all I find is everyone
 suggesting the same thing of changing the permissions. I have tried this
 and it doesn't work. I just upgraded to the most recent version of
 wordpress today to see if that would help but the problem persists.
