 Wouldn't Add New Themes be better in "2nd place" on the list of Appearance
 choices, at least to be consistent with where Add New is on Posts, Pages,
 and Plugins sub-menus?

 For Manage Themes, why not Installed Themes, just like Plugins (or vice
 versa)?
