 During permalink generation WP cut apostrophes attaching the two words
 toghether, in english this usually drive to a nice formof permalink in
 other languages (italian in my case) this make article get attached to
 words (es. L'ultima pagina became lultima-pagina.

 Would be nice to have the apostrophe subistitued by a dash.
