 If anyones willing to design or code up a UI, it'd be greatly appreciated.

 I have very little time on my lands lately.. And just dont have the time
 to do it.

 Ideally, The ability to select tags (say, a list across the top of the
 page), which then loads theme "boxes" on the page (ie. much like the theme
 selection page) would be good.
