 I don't see the button anywhere.  Also, a change of mine I made to
 tiny_mce_config.php while debugging slipped into the commit. It adds
 wphelp to the plugins array so that the wphelp editor_plugin.js is loaded.
 I can remove that if it's not appropriate.
