 There's currently no way to see how much space an uploaded file takes up.

 The enclosed patch displays the size below each file's icon on the
 Manage/Uploads page, and in the Upload/Browse portion of the Write Post
 page.

 It includes a size_format() function that can be reused elsewhere.
