 This patch adds add_rewrite_rule(), add_rewrite_tag(), add_feed().
 add_endpoint() and add_base() (if we want to include that one) are still
 needed.

 By the way, I haven't had a chance to test this yet, this isn't meant to
 be 100% functional code, just some implementation ideas. Feel free to poke
 at it. I'll probably test and bugfix tomorrow.
