[wp-testers] Theme Options

[Dion Hulse (dd32)]

For what it's worth: TwentyEleven is working fine for me on the latest svn
checkout. There should've been no changes which affected that.
Is it a new install or an upgraded install? sounds like the user is missing
the permission or the theme isn't properly loading to me.
