[wp-testers] Media Library - "Deleting" image.

Steps to reproduce:

Set Featured Image - Upload the image -  [SHOW] the image, click the 'delete permanently' button.

Error comes up:
"imagename" has failed to upload due to an error
You do not have permission.  has your session expired?


I am not uploading the image, i'm deleting it.  And it should delete not give an error ;)

I have the no-trashcan setup dunno if thats relevant.
