[wp-testers] Creating a general archive page

Domain.com/archive/ isn't controlled by archive.php in the same way  
that domain.com/single/ isn't controlled by single.php

This hasn't changed in any versions of WordPress for a very long time,  
so I don't think it's particularly relevant to a beta testers mailing  
list.
