If you're using Donncha's domain mapping plugin, go to the wordpress.org 
location to download it and choose the 'other versions' link, you will find 
a 'dev' version for it.   Try using that one.

It's probably related to the domain mapping plugin.  I opened the
following support thread a few weeks ago, but haven't had
responses...I'm guessing due to the hustling over at automattic for
the 3.0 release.

I had time to dig into the code back when I made the ticket, but
haven't had time since then.  The forum seems like the right place to
discuss this issue further.
