[wp-testers] change of behavior when trying to load a feed fora multi-blog/site that doesn't exist

That set_404 function could possibly also why the rewrite rules arent
behaving as well? I've tried everything so far and haven't found the right
set.
Of course this isn't my area of knowledge either so that doesn't help ;/
