[wp-testers] nav_menu not updating

Has anyone noticed any issues with updating any menus that you have previously created?
/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
I am able to create a Menu, and add Menu Items, but not save them.

Things seem to have been working great up till I updated last night, and I have been updating and testing almost nightly.
I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed similar issues.
