Hey guys,

The problem is that, although you put the defines before the line you were
supposed to, you also have a call to wp-settings.php before that. The call
to wp-settings.php should be *after* the "That's all, stop editing! Happy
blogging." line, and I'm not sure we've ever released a config file like
that.

Hence, WP didn't think you were running MS, as the constants were defined
too late.
