[wp-testers] Network Setup Not Installing Tables

After setting up the network and altering the code in wp-config.php and .htaccess and clicking on "Go to Dashboard," I receive a message from WordPress telling me that the database needs to be repaired. Based on the results, it looks like the tables are not being created. Is there any way to remedy this?
