[wp-testers] Today's upgrade = fatal error

Can you ftp an earlier version? Then you should be able to get into the back
end.

I used the beta tester plugin to update to the latest bleeding edge
release and voila:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function home_url() in
/....deleted...../wp-content/themes/twentyten/header.php on line 46

And I can't log in to the back end, either.
