[wp-testers] Importing from 2.9 version (Andrew Nacin)

1. No wp-content/db.php (mine is a newly installed 3.0)
2. No "Drop-ins" submenu
3. I did't install any plugins before I imported those posts. I even  
did't activate any plugins before.

So I think it would be the core's problem.
