[wp-testers] issue with multisite

i'm sorry, that was not accurate. that message appeared after i attempted to disable multiple sites because when i enabled it, i got this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_active_blog_for_user() in /home/gabrieljeffrey/gabrieljeffrey.com/wp3/wp-admin/includes/ms.php on line 577
