[wp-testers] Browser scroll bar active throughout dashboard?

Hi Martin,
Scratch that last email - Andrew Nacin was able to replicate the bug  
in the latest build and I tracked it down (turns out it was my fault).

Nacin is fixing it now - many thanks for catching that one!
