[wp-testers] Browser scroll bar active throughout dashboard?

Using the latest 3.0-alpha, I have noticed the browser scroll bar is active throughout dashboard even on pages that are hardly filled. This does not happen on WP 2.9.

So anyone else getting this. It's showing up in FF and IE8 for me.
