[wp-testers] Site Unavailable

I was trying to install the latest nightly and I am getting a couldn't
connect to host error. I could manually download the file, but not access
the automatic upgrade. (This is on a test site). Checking further, the rss
feeds on the dashboard (dev blog and WP News) are returning WP HTTP Error:
connect() timed out!

It is also not pulling in content on Add New Themes or Plugins.

I'm sure you are already aware of this, but just in case. . .
