[wp-testers] plugin upgrades

No, but I shouldn't have to. The background scrolls fine, but that's not
what I need to see. There isn't even a scrollbar on most of the browsers.
The scrollbar that is there on Firefox (as in the picture) doesn't seem to
work.

That's weird. Did you try F11 (fullscreen) or ctrl-minus (reduce font size)?
