[wp-testers] Screen Layout not working properly

Actually I found out what is causing this problem. The Intense Debate plugin 
is causing the problem with the screen layout management. I disabled all 
plugins and all of them worked fine except the Intense Debate.

Anyone else got Intense Debate installed on 2.8??
