[wp-testers] Plugin Option Registration enforced in WP 2.7.1?

Hey guys,

I just updated my dev box to 2.7.1 from 2.7.1 beta1, and I'm seeing plugin
options disappear. Does this mean that enforcement of plugin registration
has been enabled between the beta and the release?
