[wp-testers] All's quiet - not really

Almost there. In FF3, when I start the editor, "Visual" is highlighted as
though I'm in the VE, but the HTML button bar appears. Clicking on "Visual"
starts the VE and I can then go back and forth between the VE and HTML
editor. If I click on "HTML" before "Visual" nothing happens.

I get the same behavior in Chrome.
